Who am I ?
I am a French author, screenwriter, and writer based in Canada, currently transitioning after fourteen years as a clinical nurse. This experience placed me at the heart of human vulnerability, power dynamics, and moments where systems fail, raw material that now fuels my writing.
Writing has never been an escape for me, but a transformation. I write to examine what fractures under pressure: bodies, institutions, and dominant narratives. My work explores psychological trauma, social tensions, and forms of resistance through hybrid storytelling that blends drama, thriller, fantasy, and dark comedy.
I am developing several original projects, including two literary series, Norandrénaline and Insurrectionà, with a cinematic and immersive approach. I focus on morally complex characters and high-intensity narrative worlds, where genre becomes both a narrative and political tool.
At the core of my work are African and Afro-descendant women, often positioned at the center of magic, power, or science. I deliberately move away from inherited stereotypes by deconstructing them from within, placing these characters where they are most often excluded: at the source of knowledge, transformation, and action.
I also created and wrote the audio series Confessions d’une détraquée, available on Spotify, driven by a desire to amplify marginalized voices and explore taboo subjects without filter or judgment. This same approach shapes my editorial work. I have self-published two books: Super Ali, which subverts the superhero narrative to address prostitution and violence against women and children, and Le Lys Blanc d’Alen, an afrofuturist novel exploring human trafficking and the fractures between the Global North and South.
Whether through fiction or audio storytelling, my work revolves around imperfect protagonists, reinvented myths, and systems that both oppress and reveal. I believe stories are not meant to comfort, but to shift perspectives and sometimes, to unsettle.
